It's all become clear. The power creep, Baral, Tez being too OP (all the later PWs have been) and the latest update. This is about lust for our $.

Well...we've stopped giving you our $ and you didn't change. We gave you poor reviews and you didn't change. We have been very upfront with you and you haven't changed.

We have threatened to stop playing and you haven't changed. It time to follow through. I'm deleting the game. Maybe I'll come back some day, but it will never be the same.

Sadly, I am almost there too, I got kicked from my clan for inactivity, (didnt play the game for almost a week,) Joined a casual clan that I was pretty blunt about probably going to be pretty lax in my playing but will help when I can. But I now havent touched the game in acouple days. The game is taking too much room on my phone, but I have a part of me somehow thinking that things are going to get better, that they will fix it. But I am really close to uninstalling.

A lot of people are doing the same, something needs to change. The new players will feel this way when they collect enough rares, it might seem like a thing the top is doing now, but it will be the wall every player sees when they puts some time into this. The rewards just won't compel more game play. Surely you track participation numbers.

I don't have much room on my phone either so something had to go. I really didn't want to do this. I wanted to hope. I suppose I have a smig of hope they will get the message, but how do you rebuild a relationship with a company you've trust with your time and $ and then this happens? I won't be fooled again.

I think I am there as well. I already said no more money into this game after spending thousands btwn me and my husband. Mostly because of the dupe cards. I went for almost 2.5 weeks solid buying packs and only getting dupes. My husband was just floored at the ridiculousness of how the devs could say dupes were random and then seeing me only get dupes for that long. I figured I'd still play casually. I like the Quickbattles. But in the end I left for about 6 months. I came back 2 weeks ago to the new update and cards. Some of them seemed pretty cool but after playing a few events against the energizing stuff it just seems like overkill.

Still no big deal, I stuck mostly to the Quickbattling. You get variety there with not too much griefing from the computer. Since the Maintenance this week, every Quickbattle hand is a chore from hell. I have pretty balanced decks I play with. Pretty quick to lay everything out and get the ball rolling until eventual death around round 10 to 15. But since the maintenance, every game, I don't get landfalls, when I do get actual mana, it is rarely my PW colours. The opponent gets pages of landfalls, always has their destroy support or target creature cards ready the second I cast either. And it's EVERY game now. Not the occasional computer going ballistic after a 20 to 30 win streak but every game.

The events have been broken since I've been back. Any event that pits you up against so called random player decks where you go against Killwind every time is broken for me. I join, I get put into the Platinum tier, I click my PW to play and get an error "Error no match found" and it gives me the options of Cancel or Retry. Retry just gives the same error. I put in a support ticket but they have asked for the same information twice now and I have been on hold since Monday. The other events where you go against their made up PWs work fine but those are unplayable most of the time with the atrocious overpowered abilities and the lack of the game generating any mana or cards for you to play successfully against them. Even if you do muscle your way to a win the rewards are hardly worth the effort.

The final straw was my last event game. I just tried to play one of the events where the requirements were to not cast more than 2 supports or cast 8 or more. I went through 3 PWs trying to beat this chic and obtain the requirements. Her ability is convert 3 gems to her colour and summon 2 zombies for 0 mana. No big deal, but she starts casting other abilities not listed, like pulling a 5/5 flying vampire out of her bottom like there is no tomorrow. I decided to use my Jace support deck with thopters against her and this is not an exaggeration, the only card I drew the entire game was the Thopter Network, with the exception of one Telepath spell to get the next card and the next 3 cards were the freakin Thopter Network.

It's not even remotely fun anymore. So with the ridiculous update, the horrible customer service and the game stacked against you even if you are playing casually for enjoyment taken out of the equation not to mention collecting new cards is a joke, I'm out. Maybe I'll be back if things change but there were major problems that caused me to leave for 6 months already. Over that 6 months, things have not gotten better, they have gotten extremely worse so I have no hope it will change soon, if ever.

I recently picked the game back up after a few months away. My bank account has been all the better in the meantime.

Definitely not going to spend anywhere near the amounts of £30 on this app anymore.
