bad support

My 2 year old son came along and pushed the buttons buying the maggia + 50% for 500hp earlier about 30 mins before event end. I immediately logged a ticket asking devs to reverse the transaction and they have come back to refuse to reverse a transaction that has taken place. I have asked them to reconsider and am waiting for a response. anybody else had a similar experience? And 500hp for 3 or 5 whatever sh%t boosts is ridiculous, they can't believe I decided to buy these intentionally??

    If I had to guess, I'd say that there might not be a way for support to remove boosts from your stock. They can certainly push content to you, but not do the reverse. Do correct me if I'm wrong, though.

    Also, IAP refunds due to the actions of children have been reported in the media quite heavily... usually involving massive amounts of IAPs totalling thousands of (currency). It wouldn't surprise me if D3P have a policy of not issuing refunds under these circumstances, as it would open the door for anyone to claim a refund and cite that "my kid did it".

    I could appr eciate that to a degree but the boosts aren't even there any more and no refund?
