Can't Update to the new version

Hello, since the last update I'm unable to upgrade the version of my game.
Usually I had to remove the latest version of Google Play Store and install the update and this would work but not this time.

Does anyone can help me with that bug?

Have you attempted to uninstall the application, clear your device cache, and then reinstall the application back onto your device to see if a fresh installation would include the update?
