Jean Grey's Burrito

I feel like Jean has been in the Behemoth Burrito more than anyone else, sometimes for 2 or 3 days in a row, sometimes weeks in a row*.

I actually really really enjoy the Burrito because it's always interesting to play with three different characters pre-picked for me, that I am confident I can usually still win. Also, the times I have lost, I've played better the second time that day and won. So this is one of my favorite parts of the game now and I get to win 2 CP for it? Great!

But man, oh man, it's like this node of the game always comes with, "No 5 matches for you, pal!"**

Plus, eating a burrito which contains a teenage girl just seems like a disaster in waiting.

I carry all the 2-stars and 3-stars champed, so I have yet to be really challenged by this node. Even if the required 4-star is under-developed on my roster, the other two can handle it. That being said... Jean has given me a couple close calls. Usually after I forget her passive exists and make a match-5 icon_mad.gif

It's her and OBW day after day. And they keep matching her up with characters who naturally create match-5s, like 2* Magneto today, or those who use them for beneficial effects like 2* Hawkeye. I wonder how many times they can say "Ho ho ho, let's see you use match-5s now!" before it gets old...

My understanding is that the teams we fight in Burrito are pulled from actual teams used in Combined Arms. If that's the case, that just shows how uncreative we are as a playerbase. I like the idea but I'm also tired of Jean/OBW day in, day out.

That would also show how uncreative they are, ha. I mean, I genuinely wouldn't mind fighting 3 random characters, if they accidentally matched up with amazing synergy. But calm down on some Jean Grey! icon_lol.gif

    That is... not good icon_eek.gif

I use 5 Thanos for the "new" Enchilada node, and Phoenix with 3* Deadpool for "Dat Required" (to get my daily whale points).

If they start adding 5* to the Burrito, that will hurt the new players the most.

Where do you see that stuff about the teams, I don't remember it being announced as part of the intro to the new ddq format.

Of the 19 Behemoth Burrito missions I have tracked, Jean Grey has been used 7 times. 3* Thor also 7 times, and OBW 5 times. 3 of those times they were all on the same team.

Yeah, its pretty excessive. And, I'd suggest, a little insulting considering both JG and Thor have been removed from general availability in tokens.

I was happy to see Devil Dino in there, though (once). We'll see in a couple days if the teams are pre-determined for a specific burrito match, when Sam Wilson comes back around. Tomorrow, even.

What I really wish they'd take a break from is **** Ultron Sentries. I would love to see the figures on the amount of times they're used across DDQ as a whole.

Was especially fun when they were in there during Ultron boss event!
