The wording seems unambiguous to me; only its controller's opponent's creatures get enabled when Hixus leaves. I think it it were going to work the way you expect it to, the second line of text would read, "When this support is destroyed, enable all creatures disabled by it." Or something like that.

Mostly thinking that if you have out Hixus and Claustrophobia/Suppression Bonds your opponent's first creature doesn't get enabled again once Hixus leaves. Also I've read reports where if your opponent steals your creature and disables it because of Hixus on the field through an effect like Turn Against, that it does reenable once Hixus leaves.
