Time for a forum game: BUG NAMER! (March 2017 edition)

We haven't had a forum game in a while have we? Brigby has just posted this thread, in which he's listed 6 bugs that the developers currently know about. I thought maybe I could do better than that, and I challenge y'all to join me!
The rules of the game are simple: Without using the MTGPQ app, and without referring to these forums or indeed the internet in general, simply name as many bugs in MTGPQ as you can, from memory!
Score 1 pt for each bug correctly named, but be careful: you score -1 pt for each bug you named which has already been fixed, or which never existed in the first place. For the purposes of this competition, 'features' such as the AI making bad plays like targetting your creatures with Gideon1's third ability do not count as bugs, Discard being keyworded on SOI and EMN cards but no other sets, Converge not showing the colors of mana it has collected, etc. We'll not count the 6 that Brigby named, too.
Score 1 bonus point for each correct bug that was first identified in the Bugs forum over 6 months ago, and 2 bonus points for each bug which is older than a year or more!

1) Position of player in events is displayed as 1 higher than it should be in the Activity Hub
2) Current number of ribbons in events often displayed as 1 too many
3) % left of % based events sometimes displays different values in Events Tab and Activity Hub
4) Sometimes when collecting a reward the screen goes dark and the game locks up
5) Reality Smasher does not force a discard when targetted by a spell
6) Pressing pause when there's too many graphics whizzing around in game will make the game lock up.. the pause menu will appear but will stay tiny and not grow to full size on the screen
7) Avacyn triggers every time one of your creatures dies, and not just when it transforms
8) Colors of gems are displayed incorrectly sometimes when dropping in, usually after a cascade
9) Scrollbar in the Planeswalker/Deck tab does not work properly
10) Player hand display scrolls partially onto screen when popping 2 clues at once
11) Supports sometimes become unselectable after a 'No More Moves!'
12) Creatures not in position 1 which take lethal damage may be moved to position 1 when other creatures die and be pumped up by Servos so that they survive
13) Mastery resets to Bronze when maxed out in a color (I'm counting that one cos they didn't fix it, they just raised the upper limit of Mastery so you can't reach it right now:) )
14) Players sometimes locked out of their account for days/weeks due to facebook login error
15) When scrolling quickly around Planeswalker/Deck menu, cards sometimes display wrong card picture (I saw it happen again last week! Really I did!!)
16) 'Leaderboard not acessible' spelt wrongly
17) Accursed Witch's support does not add mana when a spell is cast at opponent

I'll be honest, I didn't give my best effort but I did resist the urge to cheat.1) Liliana 1's Grave Mist ability
2) Rewards earned in QB are not always shown at the end and get added to your inventory (confusing plenty of players).
3) Supports still sometimes require a double tap to show what they are on the battlefield (iPhone 5).
4) Game becomes unresponsive during a match but game menu, planeswalker menu, and hands are still accessible (cannot rearrange cards in hand, view supports or swap gems).
5) Artificer's Epiphany says 'Draw 1 cards.'
Edit: I played by the rules and didn't use the forums at all, meaning I didn't even read Brigby's post to see that one of mine is already on his list.0 -

Lone rider does exactly one damage if he is flipped before attacking0

If every gem is energized and a plainswalker casts a support (like Dovin Bann's 3rd ability). The support does not cast and your loyalty is used.0

Opponent cast Quarantine Field. After that he cast Deploy the Gatewatch and 3 Sigarda, Heron's Grace are on field.
Bug: After that combo any remove spell (such as Scour from Existence) can not be used on Sigarda0 -
I have also experienced scour from existence not working on Sigarda, regardless of quarantine field. My guess is that hexproof given to your opponent by Sigarda's ability prevents ingest, and therefore scour, from resolving properly. If this theory is correct, grip of desolation shouldn't work on Sigarda for the same reason, but I don't have it so I can't confirm.
Another well known bug is the one that will randomly add some hp to your life total at the end of a game if you healed your PW during that match.0 -

You can cast Scour without void gems on the board. Scour and Grip creates Void gems, it doesn't Process them.0 -

I know that scour and grip don't process, that actually wasn't my point.
My tin-foil hat reasoning is:
1. the game might consider scour's ingest as an effect that directly targets opponent's pw
2. Sigarda, giving hexproof to your opponent, would therefore prevent ingest
3. without ingestion taking place, scour fails to resolve correctly and Sigarda gets to live0 -

Here's one I just encountered, and which I've never seen before.
I'm playing through the Gatewatch event right now, and I'm on the second level (Reality Smasher). The AI's ability is to force you to discard the first spell in your hand. Multiple times now in this match I'm playing, the spell I've been forced to discard has been Avacyn's Judgment. This card has the Madness ability, which means it should be immune to the AI's force discard ability, but as I said, I've had to discard it several times now.
If this is not a bug, please explain why. Otherwise, I think it needs to be addressed and fixed.0 -
Did anyone mention the life gain issue on challenges with < X life objectives? Basically if you gain life above the max life during the game that life will be added to your final life total when the game ends sometimes causing you to miss the objective. This also works in reverse for end with > x life. You sometimes achieve the objective when the additional life is added after the game.0

I can't help but feel that maybe the spirit of the forum game has been lost completely and we shouldn't all go back to posting threads as normal0 -

Minor Correction: night sided Avacyn deals three damage to all hostile targets when a friendly creature dies. She used to have this text (it read for on friendly angel death, actually) but it disappeared several months ago.0
