Does it guarantee the 15 cp progression reward? Always?

    There have been some calculation issues in the past relating to wave modes value decaying after 2 clears, but that is meant to be the situation.

    The exception is the PVE with survival nodes - in those, you need to do some extra clears of those survival nodes to hit 15 CP.
