Customer Support In-Game Contact (3/27/17)

Hi Everyone,

Some of you may have noticed a change in the way players are able to contact Customer Support in-game. This was the beginning step towards trying to integrate and streamline our FAQ page into the process of contacting Customer Support, in order to provide more information up-front prior to ticket submission. Unfortunately, we've recently encountered some issues that would delay fully completing this process.

What we plan on doing within the next few days is re-adding the Customer Support button back to the Settings page. Once that happens, we will be removing the current contact route from the FAQ menu. Once we've resolved the issues delaying this process, we'll communicate any further changes as early as we can.

    are you saying that players who have problems logging
    into the game can no longer get customer support via
    the faq?

    Players are always still able to go to https://d3go.com/mobile-games-support to contact Customer Support, if they ever find themselves unable to log into the game.

    Yes, I had a ticket in regarding the mana gem disappearance using the new ticket system. There's no notification when you get a reply at all and the support people didn't get my UUID or any of the other things you would expect when the help button and system is fully contained within your profile on the game...
