Downed enemy dead, but still showing as alive

Couldnt find a previous report of this in preceding 2 weeks.

Had downed 5Strange in a pvp earlier today, but he continued to stay in the enemy's roster. He did not attack (luckily) and i could not select him, it was just the visual didnt swap to "downed".
For the record it was 5Strange, OML, BB vs the same.

Please fix
