Most Efficient Way to Grind Team-up Nodes?

I know how to grind the standard nodes where you get four clears at full Points, but what's the best way to go with the ones that only give you one clear before they go down in value? Usually the first node in a Sub, where you can use the loaner characters.

My gut instinct is that it's best to just do one, then wait as long as possible to grind it down (assuming 1-day Subs, for 2-day, you can actually get full Points again so that's obviously best), but has anyone actually done the math?
