Squirrel Girl + Patch + Medusa = enormous amounts of fun.

(Mostly, playing with Medusa tends to be fun. Probably not if you care about speed, but I don't, so...)

iron-n-wine

I dont have a usable Medusa, but having on recently champed SG, I have quite enjoyed her PVP. Paired her with Patch and Daken, and was making through some fights largely undamaged (when Patch and Daken take the big hits and are back to full health by the end)
