Bought the Anniversary Bundle for 600 Crystals

Opened no rares except the two guaranteed; both dupes. Don't even talk to me about mythics. Nice improvement to the drop rates, D3. I'd ask for my crystals to be refunded, but I know you're currently in the process of devaluing those so there's really no point.

    they never said they increased drop rates; where are people getting this from?

    edit: here's a copy/paste from yours truly in discord:
    they never explicitly stated a change to drop rates
    to paraphrase, they reduced the amounts of duplicates you'll see in a given pack (by reducing the amount of cards you pull at a time)
    note: not duplicates you own, but pulling multiple of the same card in the same pack
    literally no change to drop rates, but statistically you'll see fewer duplicates in the same pack because you're pulling fewer cards

    Their idea of reducing the AMOUNT of dupes is to reduce the amount you get in a first place,
    Less cards means less dupes overall

    I got garbage too except my final pack, which gave me Mirrorpool. I have been wanting that card since i started playing, so I'm happy with that.

    So basically you just won the lottery. I'm still missing that card.

    I opened the SOI and BFZ super packs. I got 2 mythics from BFZ but they were dupes of course (Kozilek and Khalitas).

    I got 7 rares total 0 mythics. All dupes. Thanks alot for stealing tezz from me too. All those runes wasted.

    Both of my guaranteed rares were the same card and one of the premium packs had 4 of the same common in the 5 boosters, 2 of which were in the same booster. Another booster also had two of the same common. I really don't think they did anything to even prevent duplicates in the same pack, instead just reduced the amount of cards you open at once to make you less likely to see dupes.

    Ok, well in that case, the next time they post a thread like this one, can we all not just start gushing about how wonderful it is that the devs are listening to us, and remember that we should always assume the worst?

    I am glad to say that i never gushed about that. But really --- it doesnt take much for us players to be excited about the game, does it? Just a little bit of communication. So it certainly says something when they still manage screw up things.

    Just got my bundle. Finally got my second mythic--Nissa's Renewal. I got 5 rares, 3 of which were dupes. Which is particularly disappointing considering that they all came from KLD, where I only had 9 of 40 possible rares. Ridiculously bad drop rates...

    Just spent 4 days cram playing to get 600 crystals and I was sorely sorely disappointed. 3 rare duplicates all the rest were common and uncommon duplicates. 1 of the commons I got 5 of ...A whole pack of the same card. This game is just no fun anymore. There's NOTHING to look forward to. If you haven't already paid for the best mythic cards-youre never getting them...So the same "top" players will remain where they paid to be and no one will be able to compete because you can't get the best cards not even if u pay for them anymore. If anyone is spending $ on this game, they are fools and deserve to be disappointed. I'm real sorry this is the direction this game has taken.

    NOT. ANOTHER. DIME!

    I got 2 new mythics 1 of which was Gisela and I think 1 new rare. Didn't really pay attention to how many dupe rares.

    Received the one guaranteed rare and it was a dupe...I knew better but had the crystals and couldn't resist

    I have been wanting to say this.

    We haven't been able to feel the drop rate increase or a decrease in card dupes.
    And D3H are not being transparent enough to reveal the drop percentage to us.

    They gave us this anniversary bundle for 600 crystals. 2 Kaladesh premium, 1 SOI super and 1 BFZ super for 600 crystals.
    IF I were them, I would have done this instead - 2 Kaladesh premium, 1 SOI premium and 1 BFZ premium for 600 crystals.
    Wouldn't that make the community happier? The end result is going to be the same. 1 SOI premium and 1 BFZ premium are going to end up with dupes anyway. Just a bit of marketing strategy to make the community happier, can't that be done? Is there a need to be that stingy? Super pack? Really? It's the anniversary man. Oh come on.

    In a card game named Tower of Saviors, during their anniversary, they gave players a lot of freebies. It really made me happy. Really. We felt appreciated. That was the impression that the game publisher "Madhead" has left on me. It was really positive. But what about D3H? Is there really a need to hold back during the anniversary? Are players going to experience a sudden power spike because of premium instead of super? NO! The dupe rates are high, the mythics drop rate is bad. Even if D3H bundled the premium instead of super, there's not going to be much visible difference. So why not make us happier? Why? It puzzles me up till this day. It can be just a small gesture towards restoring faith....and they have missed the chance. I really cannot stand it any longer. Reaching the boiling point of no return.

    Not gonna lie, I've been super lucky still blowing my last load of crystals.

    So I spent 1200 crystals on packs and got absolutely nothing. Then D3H surprise us with this anniversary deal but I had only 300 crystals at the time.

    Through all the prizes I won, I've opened:
    Padeem, Gauntlet of Power, Kambal

    Just managed to save up to 600 and bought the anniversary pack.

    Started off as usual, one pack had 2 of the same common twice, I thought here we go...then I opened sydicate trafficker. It's interested, certainly beat the odds so far. More usual junk, then an aethertide whale oh no it's a dupe....

    Bonus rares both skyship stalker a card offered as a prize before....hmm.

    As always SOI last and omg I finally get transgress the mind, small mental fist pump. Next pack B2B yes yes yes!!!! Trying for this card forever and then can it get much better?! Yes, it certainly can I cracked Ulrich as well. Thank you very much.

    I been pretty critical of D3H and the criticism remains since it is still valid, but last 3 days, I feel so blessed. Dunno why so lucky

    I also bought this bundle

    2 new mythics: Padeem and Yahenni, 3 KLD blue dupe rares.
    BFZ: nothing worth noting. Only the guaranteed rare which was a dupe (Gladehart Cavalry)
    SOI: Finally got the Drownyard Temple and Thalia which I both didn't have.

    Pretty good deal for me as well.
