Heroic 10 pack confusion

I just opened a heroic 10 pack I got form the PvP season progression and got 2 punmax blues. But when I went to my vine I only had one punmax cover there.
1) punmax isn't in the 12 4* pool so no idea how I could get him.
2) why was there only 1 cover in my vine
3) why did they have to be blue, the only colour I have maxed for my punmax.

Overall I'm very confused with this 10 pack

You didn't open 2 PunMax. You opened another 4star with a bonus PunMax, which shows the art of PunMax on both during pull because of the display bug. Nothing new.

Unless it's like what I (and several others) have experienced, where the random cover that triggered the bonus (and displayed incorrectly) was entirely missing from your queue afterward.

My 10 pack had a bonus hero in it, but afterward only 10 of the 11 covers showed up in the queue. The triggering 3* (my first draw) was nowhere to be found.

You had him as one of your favorites. Or, he was chosen at random for you if you had no 4*'s favorites. Or if you have other 4* favorites, but not Pun, you encountered a new bug, which wouldn't surprise me.

You got this bug, a known issue, where the original cover isn't shown, but the bonus is shown twice. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=61211 I've had it multiple times since bonus heroes were released.

Because RNG is a cruel mistress.
