Which is worth more? 100 ISO or 1XP?

This question came to mind from getting 1* covers. I keep 1* Spidey and Iron Man around for DDQ both at level 40 something. When i get their covers I will often train them for the XP instead of selling for the ISO, and I'm just wondering what people's thoughts are on which has more value. I'm approaching Shield Rank 90 and I've been thinking about this lately. It takes 3300 XP to reach SR 90 for a reward of 45,000 ISO. 45,000/3300 = 13.63 iso/xp. I guess by that math it makes more sense to sell the covers. Thoughts?

    You answered your own question. There is a very clear ISO/XP rate defined by your level.

    The only time it would make sense would be if you were trying to get to the next rank quickly to unlock the next clearance level and compete for better rewards.

    Yeah 1 xp is worth closer to 15 ISO so it's a very bad rate of return to add covers to one stars for xp.

    I use an estimate of 12 ISO/XP. It varies based on level, but 10-15 is a good guideline.

    It's a good idea, but selling for 100 ISO has to be the best solution.
    • 1000 HP investment for the roster spot for a 1* seems a bit much.
    • You would not get XP on the first recruitment, so rostering Venom and maxing to 10 covers nets 9 XP. Because of how this works, to get the XP, you would need to have each 1* rostered to be able to add covers to them ... that's 7-8 extra roster spots.
    • While you can still sell them for ISO after that, you would only get 100 ISO for a 10 covered level 1 1* (I think, been a while since I've had one)

    You're spending 7-8000 HP for roster spots to get maybe 100 XP/month (guessing on how many 1*s I see), and losing out on the ISO you would have gotten for selling each of the covers. Even if you were somehow able to find a way to use 1 roster spot and cycle through the 1*s, I don't think it would be worth it. You're better off doing a random PvP battle to get extra XP or getting your alliance to request team-ups to send or something.
