Five Star Thanos green (Come and get me!) not working right

Has anybody noticed that this power isn't working properly? I was using him in the Simulator nodes, and there were a number of times that the countdown tile would resolve and there would be a character (usually the one in front) that should have been finished off (which also would have triggered Court Death), but they ended up not taking any damage at all. I think the other two characters ended up taking damage, but not the one in front, and who also would have been killed off.
