Error during purchase

So I purchased the angel package on Saturday because, well angels. I still have not received my purchase and it is Wednesday. What are my options. I have given all of the screenshots and info that they have requested and now crickets. Between all of the changes and this I am starting to think I nolonger want to invest into this game. Is there a way to get my money back or get my product today so I can use it in this tournament? Any feedback should help especially if you have experienced this same issue and have resolved it.

    Sorry buddy. Customer support is extremely slow. Could be a couple weeks before you see the angel.

    When Nahiri first hit the store I immediately purchased the package and got the "Something went wrong". Took about 2 weeks for that to get resolved.

    You can wait for resolution or you can request a refund from Google Play or whatever the equivalent for Apple is.

    Happened to me buying Ulrich. Got him in the end, but took a couple of weeks to get resolved. Be prepared to have to send screenshots for proof of purchase and wait.
