Game crash causing lost resources?

I submitted a ticket, so I hope (but doubt) to get resolution on this. Anyway, let me ask if anyone else has had this issue.

I added a champ level to 2* Torch, bringing him to 139, and giving me 3cp. Maybe 10-15 minutes later, the game crashes on me during a LR. Reload the game, and the 3cp reward has vanished. Torch is still lv139, no cover in the queue. Reload the game again, those cp look to be gone forever. 3cp is a pretty minuscule amount, but I do not like the precedent this sets.
