I wanted to expand on this idea: https://d3go.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=54963
Tactical Strike 12
Red Skull strikes first, dealing heavy damage and disabling his enemies. Do 1350 damage, place 66 strike tile for each villain on either team and place a trap. While this trap exists no team can fire red powers.
Level Upgrades:
Level 2: Deals 1425 damage and place 77 strike tiles
Level 3: Deals 1577 damage and place 77 strike tiles
Level 4: Deals 1788 damage and place 105 strike tiles
Level 5: Deals 2201 damage and place 125 strike tiles
At Max Level:
Level 3: Deals 6616 damage and place 325 strike tiles
Level 4: Deals 7100 damage and place 399 strike tiles
Level 5: Deals 7999 damage and place 485 strike tiles
Master Manipulator 6
Red Skull manipulates the enemy. The enemy team in their confusion goes after the wrong target. Red Skull places a trap. If Red Skull takes more than 2,000 in damage in a single turn remove a trap and redirect 50% of the attack to a random other character in the fight. If a team that takes damage also gets 3 red AP.
level 2 - gain 5 red AP
level 3 - redirect 75% damage
level 4 - gain 7 red AP
level 5 - redirect 85% damage
If Red Skull is alone, this power becomes:
Dust of Death 10
Red Skull has lured his opponents into a trap. He fires a fatal poison gas. Drain both teams of all red AP. Do 1200 damage to everyone besides Red Skull plus 100 for each red AP drained.
Level Upgrades:
Level 2: Deals 1200 damage and 115 for each red AP drained.
Level 3: Deals 1800 damage and 115 for each red AP drained.
Level 4: Deals 1800 damage and 145 for each red AP drained.
Level 5: Deals 2700 damage and 155 for each red AP drained.
At Max Level:

Level 4: Deals 5200 damage and 185 for each red AP drained.
Level 5: Deals 6800 damage and 215 for each red AP drained.
Mastermind 6
Red Skull has been masterminding an evil plot that stretches within every organization, good and evil for years. Secretly building his own empire and slowly destroying the organizations aimed to take him down. Choose a color, remove 8 AP of that color from both teams and both teams gain 4 red AP.
<passive> each time the enemy matches their strongest color, gain 1 red AP
level 2: remove up to 12 AP and both teams gain 6 red AP.

I don't know if the damage numbers are balanced. But that's the general idea.0

I already made an edit to the black power. I feel like the damage should be higher for also damaging the friendly team. So if someone has basis for better numbers, I'd love to flush that out better.0

A suggestion for black.
Rather than it function the way it does ( skull nominate a teammate to take the damage then dish out damage to everyone) he should instead nominate a teammate to absorb then reduce all damage from that attacker by % for x turns and dish out some moderate damage.
Fits his theme of manipulation and disablement a bit better and also creates a novel mechanic.0 -
@onelastgambit what do you think now?0

I like it. It is a very interesting build.0
