Just get rid of the ridiculous 60 crystals entry fee.

I don't know many players who are actually entering these events, it's a clear waste of resources and hopefully the number of players paying manacrystal.png to enter these will confirm the lack of popularity your end too.

Please have a look at this and either sort out the entry or sort out the rewards, it's just not worth playing in its current iteration.

I'll say I only entered the one they sent me crystals to enter. Too high an entry fee considering even in platinum I can't make it back even from the other events happening at the same time. Seems a poor decision long-term to enter, especially for the black node. Not trying to pay 60 crystals to pair off against AI decks that just sit on a hand full of charges kill spells and peck me to death with zombie tokens.

The 24 hour timer doesn't help either. As much as I'd like to throw 60 crystals down the toilet, I may or may not have time to finish the charges, depending on how busy I am at work. Not going to front the money only to find out I can't play.

Seems like an event model based on people with lots of time on their hands during the week. But don't those players typically have less money to throw away?

I'm sure if I actually did participate though, I would find the super enraged matches a little to stressful. I already hate Tezz 3.3, regardless if I win or not. Way too much stress, not enough enjoyment. Can't stand gaining 3-6 mana per turn while the AI pumps out 30-40 per turn.

Fee or no fee, I can't be bothered to move my decks around AGAIN. In fact I'm not participating in any individual events.

But this one especially because the fee is the only in-game currency that has a real-world value -- even if I did want to change decks and give it a shot, I'm standing firm. I'd probably play it to progression for runes because what the heck am I going to do with those?

    Not. Another. Dime.

I hear you. I just take whatever decks I have built at the time in. Usually good enough to get progression, sometimes top 50. Since some of my planeswalkers aren't in the normal coal event rotation, they get to shine in these individual ones. Hello Baral J1!

Went through the first two trials. Then realized what it would cost to collect the minimum jewels for a crack at a legendary. No thank you!
I'm not buying anything until D3/H fixing the problems with cheaters, since rewards are not only nerfed, but stolen. So I need to hoard the crystals I have.

I really like the idea of an event like this especially with the extra challenge on some nodes but I'd never pay that much to enter so haven't yet.

I didn't even join a single Trial of the Planes.
Even if they had given me 100 mana crystals to join, I am keeping that for future planewalker release or future expansion set release.

You want us to join and you want us to pay? There's nothing worthwhile inside. So why should we join?
If the rewards from Trial of the Planes can be changed to something exciting, then we'll consider.
Otherwise, you have just wasted the time and effort of the developers.

I might sound like a betrayer here, but I played a few of the Trials, though reading your comments here does make me think perhaps I should stop.

60 crystals is quite a hefty cost, especially from what I see on the rewards for the other events (Nodes, Fate Unfair, Revolt etc), full progression rewards often gives less than 60 crystals, which means breaking even by completing one event to spend on Trial might not happen. The only reason I do play Trials is the Mana Jewel rewards; I'm Platinum, so 15 Jewel rewards for 60 crystal does appear a little teensy wee enticing, but looking at the rewards for the lower tiers I absolutely agree that any less than Platinum, the rewards for gambling away 60 crystals are definitely not worth it.

Same as others, after the first round where they gratis-ed us 100 manacrystal.png , I stopped doing them. I would rather save up my manacrystal.png 's for the premium packs since if I'm going to get jewels it's probably going to be when I buy the mythicals I want (looking for that Heart of Kiran, of course... icon_e_wink.gif ) and even then only if the mythicals in the set are ones I don't have so I won't feel cheated if I get one instead of a Masterpiece.

Yes, please stop spending crystals on these events so they can see that they need to re-think that model for money-making.

I just pocketed the 100 manacrystal.png Not gonna play those and I wish they would give us a filter so they didn't clutter up my events page.

Also while you are at it order the events so the ones that will end first are at the top.....duh!
