Purchases and Nothing

Ok I recently purchased a 99.99$ on MTG puzzle quest I have sent many emails with screen shots showing my purchase but nothing ever shows. I keep getting tickets but no one ever helps me there was a server connection issue when I switched tiles on my phone could this be a issue? Also since no one helped me I decided to purchase again now there is another server error. Can anyone help me please?
