Put more 2* covers in event rewards.

I'm currently in an alliance where half of us is in the 2*> 3* stage and the other half is still in the 1*> 2* stage. I remember a long time ago you used to be able to get all the colors of a 2* Hero in the rewards progression. What if that was brought back and let's say aries was the rewards. Let the solo player have the option to place himself in the position to nab all 3 and maybe let one issue be an alliance reward. Maybe top 500 alliances get the aries cover and all the iso8 and hero points. Then the top 100 can get both the 3* and the 2*. Maybe let the iso rewards cost 250 less so if they don't want the 2* then they can just sell it.
