Phoenix Passive Animation is Gone

Phoenix's passive "Psychic Rapport" isn't displaying an animation anymore. The power still buffs/debuffs the tiles correctly, but no animation.

Known issue? Intentional change? Bug?

    Does the banner display? If the animation only applies to the active, and the passive still does its job, it sounds like a welcome change.

    I'm not positive but I don't think the banner displayed either. I'll pay more attention.

    The banner still displays but there's a pause anyway, there's no saved time and it looks much lamer now.

    I like that animation (it looks great) and it doesnt happen very often in a match + its short.
