VIP still broken...paid 10 days ago (and opened ticket)

This is becoming inexcusably frustrating. For the second month in a row, I've paid for my VIP, yet not received it upon payment. Last month it took 8 days to fix, this time we're at 10 days and counting. My wife, using the same model of phone, the same versions of Android and the game, and the same bank account is not having any of these issues. I opened a ticket almost immediately upon not receiving what I paid for, providing all the information that is required including screenshots of my Google Play account receipt. I have installed the new update that is supposed to have fixed the issue (presumably only for upcoming renewals, but not sure). I've received no more feedback beyond the auto-generated feedback, which at this point is unacceptable.

PLEASE deal with this.
