4 Star Characters Out of Legend Pack Rotation

I like a lot of the new changes with the latest update, like the favorite system and helping get newer 4 star characters in rosters.

The part I do not like too much is having the older 4 stars or ones that fall out of the devs' rotation be virtually inaccessible unless they are a reward, you have a lot of hero points to spend on vaults, or you save enough command points to level each power until championed.

For older players who really just want their original 4 stars to be championed and beyond, could there be a separate Legend Pack with all the unavailable 4 stars, even for a premium rate? I know a lot of players who would be willing to spend 25 to 50 command points for a chance to get a cover for their old 4 stars versus starting to collect covers for new ones.

I do not think the new system should change as it has definite benefits, but I just think there should be a viable option out there for older players
