Six Dragons?

Seriously you guys, what's going on in there? Are you being held hostage by terrorists? Are you trying to tell us something is wrong?
If you can't talk openly, send us a signal by moderating this mildly offensive swearword: Oh, fiddlesticks.

Enraged again. How innovative.0

So I don't own Dovin or Sarkahn. What are the objectives for those nodes?
The colorless node flavor text is misleading.
Build your best deck? You mean as long as you use energy and vehicles.0 -

CONVENIENTLY for you, Dovin and Sarkhan are currently available in the vault. Massive coincidence right?0 -
True. But so is Kiora. With just under 1000 crystals I was about to purchase her, then the update dropped.
I still have just under 1000 crystals. Coincidence?0 -
This topic is exactly what brought me back to the forums. Like I said to my coalition: "They really don't think these things through."
"I know! Let's make a Sarkhan-only node. Sarkhan is a dragon dude, so let's make one of the objectives about dragons. Summon, say, six of them."
Yes, because dragons are super-cheap to cast. And even the card that says "on 8 or more red gems, *summon* a 5/5 dragon" (hey, a low-mana solution!) doesn't help.
And, yes, I know why that feature doesn't count towards the summon goal. I was hopeful, nonetheless.
Seriously, what are y'all thinking, if anything?0 -
What's wrong with this objective:
1- Summon six high mana cost dragons in an enraged match is just stupid
2- Sarkahns ability that says "summon one dragon" doesn't count for the objective because lazy coding
3- There are only 7 cards that summon dragons in the game: (a) one of them does 6 damage to all opposing creatures, so that'll ruin your "kill three or less" objective; (b) one of them, Dragonmaster, doesn't count towards the objective when he makes dragons because...lazy coding, (c) one of them has defender...see (a); and all of them except one cost more than 15 mana...see above re enraged.
It's like you guys try to make these objectives stupid on purpose.0 -
What's next? Win with 1 HP or less for Ob? Reduce a Creature's power to -20 with Jace? Clog the whole board with supports for Tezz?0
-
His second ability doesnt count either. Therefore you have to be real creative or have specific cards. Either way i am seriously losing my enjoyment in this game.0

Mo' money! (Having to buy Sarkhan first, finding out you have no dragons then buying boosters to get dragons)
Definitely not thinking about the health of the game, that's for sure.0 -
I managed to get six dragons the first time against a black control deck0
-
They can say it's about increasing the level of challenge, but it has always been about encouraging you to buy cards to complete said objectives.
I just don't know why everything has to be enraged these days.0 -

Hahahaha. True. More of the same short-term, short-sighted stupidity that's been plaguing the game lately.0 -

The "summon/PW abilities don't count towards 'counting' type creature objectives" was recently implemented because it screwed up the "summon less than X creatures" objectives. As a result, tokens, abilities from cards/supports that pull a creature directly from the deck don't count towards/against any "summon more/less than X creatures".0 -

I know that and so should the developers. It just makes this objective more stupid.0 -
Can I just say, tho, that the 'Energize 40' objective in the Dovin Baan node is perfectly fair and balanced, because I opened a Dynavolt Tower this week.
"Do you believe that my being stronger or faster has anything to do with my skills in this game?
Do you think that's air you're breathing now?"0 -
I was so excited about this event until I saw the objectives. So grindy-- as usual exactly the opposite of what we asked for.
Can't be bothered.0 -
How annoying is it that I put a bunch of cards in my deck that let me sacrifice dragons, just to make sure I keep my opponent alive long enough to summon six or more? Sarkhan should be raining death on his enemies with dragons, not killing his own dragons. How about "Deal all damage to your enemy with Dragon creatures." Now that's an objective I can get behind.0
-
I saw the objective and immediately realized it's stupidity and decided I couldn't be bothered to accomplish it. Still running Sarkhan as red/black madness vampires for the event.
Also as mentioned... Energize 40 in an enraged match? I haven't even gotten to 30 and my Dovin deck runs energy as a strategy.0
