Obviously it's been a lively couple of days on the forums and temperatures are running high.

In the middle of all of this I see Brigby doing his best to respond to some questions and acting as something of a bridge to the development team.

Personally, I think it's pretty shameful he's been left to fend for himself out here and get the brunt of the players frustration. But I did want to say that your efforts have not gone unnoticed and we appreciate that you are doing the best you can do to keep things in check, answer what you can and frankly, just being around.

Cheers Brigby. I hope you get some backup and respite soon.

I agree, and thanks for posting this.

I'm particularly glad to see people (unless I missed it) taking out their aggression on Brigby.

Many of us appreciate the thin line you tread, and you've done a great job trying to remain positive and constructive when many of us are feeling nothing but frustration or dismay.
  • He's right, this shouldn't all be on your shoulders Brigby. What is the best way to directly contact Hibernum management in charge of policy? Should we send letters? Lol

Thanks for posting this thread. I couldnt agree with your sentiments more. Its a tenuous position to be in,and i would hire brigby in a heart beat to work for me in this capacity.

Its tough to stay positive and direct this bees nest in to a constructive direction. He is trying his hardest to keep up.

Hope you are getting a few cold ones. We all know you need it.

Yes, Thank you Brigby. You're stuck doing a very unpleasant task today and I'm sorry that you're the one who has to do it. But you're doing an amazing job with it!

I have a feeling that if Brigby gets drunk right now, he won't be able to keep his composure nearly as well as he's been doing so far. icon_e_wink.gif

I've been running around the forum all day, but I wanted to stop and say....there are way too many ninjas chopping onions by my desk right now. manablue.pngmanablue.png

In all seriousness though, thank you for all of the overwhelming support. It really does mean a lot to me, and proves that I'm heading on the right track to making this game as best as possible for everyone.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go compile some more feedback for this sentiment report!

Yes, thank you Brigby. We are angry at the changes, not at you. Sometimes we forget to make that clear!

Agree 100%, the negative sentiment is very contagious. I speak of frustration especially having completed several user surveys and feel that most suggestions have had little effect. They are heard [mods], but not implemented [devs].

Cheers Brigby! Compiling negative feedback is never easy or fun. You aren't the product and the product isn't you. That's worth everyone remembering. Try and enjoy your weekend.

Thanks Brigby, it's not an easy job having to take so many complaints for policies you didn't make.

Thanks also to gruntface for reminding us.
