It was pointed out to me that the colour mastery cap has changed from 1000 to 2500.

Does this mean there will be new levels above platinum soon?

And can I get back the 500 points deducted from each of my colours so they would fit under 1000?

No. One of my coalition members was put back in Bronze when he went over 1000.

    This is their "fix"

After working with Customer Support since March 10th I got this message: There is no indication the ticket is closed.

We have discussed with the developers regarding your reported issue, but it would seem we are unable to reproduce the described issue. It's normal that the requirements might have gone down since the cap has been raised, but players mastery levels should not have changed due to what you described. Do you happen to have a screenshot of your mastery levels before the change that you could provide? (PNG or JPEG only).

I send more information, screen shots and all. What I am asking for is to have my 2,500 color mastery points restored to my profile (500 per color). The response back?

Thank you for contacting D3 Go! Customer Support.

Can you please explain the issue you're experiencing in more detail? Please describe the process you used to incur the issue, and provide as much information as you are able to.

Can you also provide the following information:

    - Your Device Make and Model [i.e. iPhone 5S]
    - Your Device OS version. [i.e. Android 4.4.2]
    - A Screenshot of the Issue you are experiencing. (PNG or JPEG only).
    - Your current account UID number.

If you are unsure of where to locate your account UID number, you can find this information on the Settings Menu at the bottom of the screen.

If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again and it will be a pleasure to help you

It looks like you're making progress - that seems to be the form you get when it switches from a customer service staff who treats it as a complaint to be triaged, to a QA staff who treats it as a bug.  You may have to describe the whole thing in detail again, but now you're describing it to somebody who can take direct action about it.

Looks like they have passed it to development and closed the ticket. Keeping fingers crossed!
