Can't play story mode

When I log into the game through my account on facebook, the game does not allow me to run the story mode. My account is [removed a link to a Facebook account // Alve]

    If you'd like to provide your account information, please, open a ticket with Customer Support and send them your User ID (you check it in Settings). Don't post your in-game account information, links to Facebook accounts or any kind of personal information here.

    I'm afraid that I don't quite understand what happened to you - if you'd like some help from the community, perhaps you could elaborate a little and attach some screenshots to show us what the problem is?
