Ultron boss node forced game reload - no rewards

Just what the subject line says: I beat Ultron, but before I could get rewards or see his health countdown bar, the game reloaded. When it came back, I was at the Story screen (outside of event) and got no rewards for beating Ultron. No way of knowing if my damage even counted against his overall health.

C'mon, guys - this is not a new event. How can it still be this buggy??? The number of bugs in ththe game is INCREASING with each new release. That's not how it's supposed to go...

Not an issue with the event; I think you ended the mission at the same time as today's evening patch, which boots you to the main screen.
