How will D3Go deal with new iOS appstore policy

This just came up yesterday
https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/73640
It essentially bans pushing code changes outside of the appstore on iOS. It seems MPQ has relied on this mechanism for some time now. Will there be a new disparity between Android/Steam and iOS or will there be a change in how MPQ patches are pushed?

First, this iOs policy is not new. Second it doesn't affect game scripting languages or other data the game loads from files (like power sets, costs, damage, etc.)
Basically, this won't affect MPQ at all.0
