ISO Cost per level?

Please post a link to a topic here or a website that shows how much ISO it costs per level. I was using this:

But I think it's slightly wrong. I have a google sheet page based on the costs above, but it comes out to a slightly different number than the actual number, and that's causing the OCD in me to go a bit crazy. If someone could give me the cost per level (particularly for a 4*), then that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!
