Sigiled Starfish is one of my favorite cards in the game, but I feel like it kind of needs a buff now... It's always been only borderline useful in the new meta (Altho he can still hold his own in Jace 2!)

I suggest the following buff: Increase his power by 2, and when he comes into play draw between 5 and 500 cards and gain loads and loads of mana.

Jhessian thief is one of my old favorites that i havent used in ages in the current meta. I suggest a similar treatment for that one too.

In the old days, of course, I used to prefer Thief to Starfish because Thief draws at the end of your turn, so you could cast a spell, draw back up to 6 cards, and not be vulnerable to Harbinger of the Tides....

No way, that's too challenging and I dislike challenge. I want an easy win button. That's what motivates all of my posts. Pure self-interest.

You mean the good ol days when harbringer would outright kill her if you had 6 cards?

Who used Harbinger in those times? Disperse was king.

Anyone who had it? It was 6/6 for 10 mana that bounced and increased cost of the creature or just outright killed it.

Actually it was a 6/6 for 13 mana. And yeah while I admit that I only obtained Harbinger after the nerf, I would think there is some conflict between deciding whether to summon out your 6/6 or wait for the opponent to summon a creature in order to bounce it and hope that it was worth missing X turns of dealing 6 damage to the opponent.

Better to just fling a 4 mana spell at the opponent which you can cast with a single match from three different colours and get the same effect of the creature being destroyed anyway imo.

Then again in those times nothing mattered once you had Mizzium Meddler on the board icon_e_biggrin.gif

Blue... We always wait. There's no conflict lol. Time is so on blue's side even the time elemental is blue.

Ah, those were the good even older days... you were probably better off having your creature killed than sitting in your hand costing 9 more, since you couldnt exile it icon_e_smile.gif
