Who to Champ Next? Kate, Gwen or Janet?

Due to the vaulting, I am suddenly blazing through getting 13 covers for all latest 4*s.

I currently have 13 covers for Kate, Gwen or Janet. Initially, I wanted to champion Kate first, but then I realized she's dropping out of Latest Tokens soon, so does it make sense to do Gwen or Janet first, since they'll still be in the Latest Vault, so I'll get more champion level covers for them? Whereas Kate will be moved out this season, so I won't get any more of her covers?

Incidentally I have all non-Latest 4*s championed, and many of the Latest 4*s championed as well (Peggy, Medusa, LC, MK and SW). Gotta spend my ISO on something while I'm waiting to pull the 5* cover of my dreams

Same boat with getting too many 4*’s since the update, I’ve been forced to hoard non-vault pulls until I can get some ISO built up to champ Carol, Spiderwoman, and get my 12 covers Medusa ready.

I think people are making too much of them leaving the 12 character vault and not able being able to get champ levels as regularly as before. Both Kate and Moon Knight are beasts when boosted (and very good when not). Even a level 270 Kate will be more effective than a Wasp or Agent Venom at 10 champ levels above her.

I would go with Kate, a versatile killer AND she’s fun to play. Key word on fun, she’s plays differently than most and I’ve enjoyed that. Her boost weeks will make it easier for you to place higher, getting you more rewards down the road.

Sounds good. I'll champion them in release order from oldest to newest, and I won't worry about missing out on covers for characters in the current Latest 4* vault.

I have been championing 4*s faster now, which is nice because I get to actually use them, instead of having them sit for years at unusable levels, with only a few covers. It also lowers the stress of needing to do the New Release PVEs, since I'll be able to win them from tokens soon enough.

I know I advocated Kate yesterday, but man, those Wasp revamps they introduced last night look REALLY good. Saying that as someone who champed her during her last boost week and they all improve so many of the issues I had playing with her a lot then. You may want to see how she plays Thursday when she boosted and decide then (if you haven’t spent the ISO already). She's not a one-shoter like Kate, but those powers could really add up over a match.

I am excited about championing Wasp. This looks like a major improvement. Well, I have already championed Kate, but I'll have Wasp done in the next 1-2 weeks, so it will all work out
