D3, can you please share your benchmark results of vaulting?

Since the latest change regarding covers being vaulted and Bonus Heroes, there have been a lot of disccusions going on in the forum.

Now, every serious company will always run a battery of benchmark tests before releasing an impactful change to their system. The company I work for does that too. So I was wondering, if D3 would be kind enough to share their benchmark data for people with rosters that are:
1. transition from 2*-3*
2. transition from 3*-4*
3. transition from 4*-5*
4. high end game (e.g. almost all 4*s champed as well as most of 5*s)

My guess would be that the new system positively impacts the progression of the last group but negatively impacts all the other groups. However, I'd love to see the actual data on this. Can some numbers be released in that regard as well as the variables used in the tests?

Just to explain what benchmarks are: we run a huge amount of simulations where we tweak all the variables. That way we get a set of data that is representative and we can pretty accurately predict the impact this change will have on the system, and in which cases this will have a positive or a negative effect.
