Will Updated 4* Heroes be rolled back into the "Latest 12"?

I guess the question is also applicable for any "vaulted" 3*'s who get an update as well.

In short, any character receiving an update should be bumped back to the top of the list. To leave updated characters in the vault is very counter intuitive - unless, of course, there's going to be no more updates going forward.

Brigby, if it's possible, can you find out what's happening in regard to this? I'll even throw in a bonus cookie if you can get the devs to explain their choice. Thanks in advance!

    I would assume no since Falcon and Mr. F were JUST updated and are vaulted.

    Falcon's not vaulted, but Mr Fantastic is, so your point stands.

    There will be simpler solution - no more reworks will happen. Why if the players can't acquire them in a normal way?

    Because they will still be essential and can be gotten from tokens through the bonus hero system?
    I do agree that it seems likely we won't see many more reworks, but I am not ruling it out completely.
