    I'm talking about the IN GAME link / page / portal thingy. With the drop down boxes.

    That's no longer there. At least, not on my Samsung Galaxy S5...........

    Is there any update on the rationale as to why this was removed from the game for some users?

    It's still in game. I've opened two tickets since it was modified. Works fine.

    Settings - help - chat looking icon upper right corner.

    You can use that to open a ticket asking why it was changed.
