Looking for my Alliance members to update user name

I'm a member of GalactusUnited and had to update my phone. It wiped out my game and wouldn't let me use my previous name to restart the game (yes I know about FB backup. . That was done before I knew how to play and I don't want that game). Anyway, wanted to let the alliance know my name won't be active now and to kick out my character so it doesn't hurt your rankings. @doctorsteve @galactus788

    If you haven 't already, contact Customer Support on this. If you have enough info on your old account (like PVP name and some identifying characteristics so they can be reasonably sure it's yours) they should be able to restore it.

    A member of our alliance had this same thing happen and customer support had them restored within 24-36 hours. Just be very very detailed.
