Reduce the CP cost for "classic" 4* covers.

Bonus heroes is one way for newer players to collect older 4* covers, but its not enough.
Please consider reducing the CP cost to buy specific covers for "classic" 4* characters to help players finish off these characters once they go out of token rotation.
