Are classic tokens the same odds as latest now?

Yes, I know latest are only the 3 most recent 5*s and classics are the rest, but the new list of characters available for each shows ~1:7 odds for both.

The odds used to be 15% (~1:7) for a 5* for latest and 10% for classics. Is this a change, or just a typo? Search is defeating me - I couldn't find anything on this.

it has been 15% total since before i started playing in july
the 10% is the single 5 star vaults (like Red Room or Purple Reign)
