Guaranteed 3* tokens

Question (Not sure anyone ever asked it here, but didn't see if someone did).

We have guaranteed 1*, 2* and 4* tokens and I understand it's ok there isn't one for 5*, but any reason we don't have any for 3*?

I mean, since we have some for 4* for a decent price, they could do just the same for 3*. I'm already in the 4* land, so it wouldn't be super useful for myself, but I feel it would help a lot of the newest players. They could cost around 10 or 15 CPs. I feel the new players have a huge curve in front of them to get to the 4* world. And it would definitely be a win for D3, since a lot of the newest players would actually be spending money on getting hero points (+Cps) to build their 3* roster.

What do you all think?
