Is Call the Cavalry stealing AP?

I don't know if I'm just imagining things. It's seemed like, a few times now, the enemy Coulson's passive was activated and a power of mine that was showing as ready ended up not having enough AP to use on my turn (no Starlord involved). Has anyone else noticed this? I'll have to keep an eye on enemy CD tiles the next few matches and check my AP before and after their tiles hit zero.

    I guess you'd have to include everyone on both sides of the match. There are a number of reasons why you could be appearing to lose AP.
