Hex Bolt initial selection can target Team-Up tiles

With the great ability cleanup a week or so ago, designed to make the effect of character powers consistent with their wording, we all observed that Scarlet Witch's blue passive Arcane Incantation no longer targets Team-Up tiles for conversion into purple, as TU tiles are not considered "basic tiles".

Perhaps, in their rush to make this change and allow us to enjoy the many positive effects that come with such internal consistency, the developers simply forgot to check Scarlet Witch's other powers. They would have seen that her green active power Hex Bolt allows the user to select a Team-Up tile, when its wording clearly states "Select one basic tile to destroy it..."
