Best Token Control?

What's the best way to handle a fight where the opponent spwans tokens every turn. Like Drana in the Gatewatch event spwans a zombie every turn. Should I try to race them with aggro or control them with lots of removal?

Use Suppression Bonds, Claustrophobia, Authority of the Consuls or Hixus, Prison Warden to take that creature out of the equation. The former two might require some removal to move the token to the first creature slot.

Alternatively use a Berserker with First Strike and Trample to constantly clear the newly summoned token and still do damage. Giant Spectacle imbues two out of three of those along with a permanent +2/+1 buff.

First Strike and the ability to block is good as well, sometimes menace stuffs up the math, so lots of blockers are needed.

    Alternative solution:
If you have Turn to Frog and Imprisoned in the Moon you can also use them to lock two of the opponent's creature slots. Make sure the third one it not occupied by the zombie army produced by Drana and you should be fine (AI is too dumb to replace any creature on his side).

My very first rare! It's some random white card from origins and it's text is:

    Destroy all tokens

    Perfect right?

out live them with lone rider, serene steward and campaign of
vengeance. use one off kill spells/mass disable if they grow/
    reinforce too much.
    worked for me with drana.

Was going to suggest the same card. It's called Hallowed Moonlight. Destroys ALL token creatures. It's an okay solution, but you're better off with this fight waiting till she has two non-zombie token creatures and then using Turn to Frog or Imprison in the Moon to jam up that third creature slot and make it impossible for her to summon any more of them.

Knight of the White Orchid is a good option for this. 4/4 defender with first strike that converts 5 gems to white when it enters, although it is pretty costly at 16 mana.

Authority of the Consuls or Thalia Heretic Cathar will permanently disable any creature slot that is generating tokens each turn. Works wonders on Zombie decks, Things like this, Thopter Spy Network, From beyond, etc.

Did this with my Gideon 2, a couple of disables, a couple of kill spells, Kor Entangler and Resolute Blademaster.
    Drana never had a chance.
