The chance to get a 5 star has decreased from 15% to 14.25%. This is from a single draw. Granted there is a 0.75% chance to get a second 5 star from a single pull. Nevertheless the chance to draw a 5 star from a single draw has been decreased.
The old ratio was 3:20, which was 15% in the past, it has been changed to 1:7.
:sad face:

And it does say "~1:7", not "1:7".

    look closer TC

It clearly says ~1:7. They are rounding to make the ratio nice and neat. It's stupid, and a bit misleading. But more plausible than a stealth nerf to 5* token odds. hopefully we can convince them to switch back to percentages.

Oddly on Steam it still lists everything as a %. And it's a straight up 15%. So it's a bizarre choice to suddenly start doing approximate ratios on mobile but this is a bizarre company that seems to make choices by picking things out of a hat.

Why have a champion system where you can't get covers for all those old champs anymore?

You guys do know that the same space it takes to put ~1:7, is the same room for 3:20. It is 4 characters.

But you're only opening one pack at a time, so ~1:7 is a more useful metric in showing the customer what they're actually getting. You put 3:20, you're going to get people asking "What are the odds for a single pull?" which is going to get the ~1:7 figure anyways, so it makes the most sense to lead with that.

Stop. Just stop. The odds didn't change. They made it ~1:7 because that was the easiest way to convey 15% in a way that the majority of players would understand. If it were 3:20 you'd have more people thinking their clock was broken than understanding they were trying to show 15%.

If you're going to be ridiculously pedantic, you could at least do the basic arithmetic right.

    1 / 7 = 0.142857

Don't spread misinformation about game changes that have not occurred. There has been no change to the pack odds for star.pngstar.pngstar.pngstar.pngstar.png characters, just a change in how it's displayed.
