Quality of Life Suggestion: reduce 8-hour shield cooldown

Currently, an 8-hour shield has an 8-hour cooldown. So if you want any 8+8 shield combination, you have to play almost exactly at 8 hours, or even if you don't want to play anymore but just extend the shield, you must do it at exactly 8h and 00m. Sometimes you can't play exactly at that minute, and end up wasting another shield or having a gap or whatever IRL circumstance that leaves you shieldless. It'd be nice to have the 8 hour shield cooldown last 7h or 7h30m, so there is some leeway in when you choose to play or re-shield.
