IM40 + Coulson = countdowns don't go off together [solved]

Well... Not quite...! Tries it a few times and when the two are teammates, recharge misbehaves.

Three cd tiles, when they are about to go off, strange things happen.
From what I understood the bottom one goes first and im40 gets stunned. Play, and next turn the second goes off. Play and then the last one goes off. So instead of same turn, they take three turns to go off.

But only when coulson is on the team

was Coulson reducing the CD of Recharge by 1?

if only 1 recharge goes off it will stun IM and thats that.....

*Edit - Also, FYI CDs resolve in top left to bottom right (like reading in English). If you have CDs resolving differently, its definitely one of Coulson's passives

Silly me!! Forgot that was one of his passives! Yeap, that has to be the case! That's why the tiles going off were not top to bottom.
