Peggy's yellow doesn't affect Team Ups [Solved]

I was fighting against Peggy in Shield Sim and saw that while her yellow passive affected all of my colored abilities, my team up costs were unaffected. Is that the intention? I can't imagine that it is.

    Hey Orion, from what I understand, this does seem to be conflicting from what the power says. We'll go ahead and bring this up with the others and see whats going on. Thanks for reporting the issue!

    And there goes everyone using stun TUs to speed through Peggy without 5* match damage, cringing...

    Hi Everyone. I just spoke with the developers, and they said that Legendary Process should not affect Team-Up powers since they are technically not enemy abilities; they are unique, one-time use Team-Up abilities.
