New ddq - meh

Once again, D3 takes a perfectly good part of the game and wrecks it. DDQ used to be a great place to just mindlessly play the game and get some decent rewards. Now, the big enchilada is a total pain, and a health destroyer. The new big burrito or whatever it's called seems to require your 3 characters to be the worst possible match for the enemy team, thereby further depleting your roster when you're done. And the increased rewards? Aside from the elite token (thanks!) the rest of the rewards have just been ****.

If the changes are permanent, at least let us choose the team for the burrito, so we have a chance to succeed.

All in all. Thanks for nothing, D3!!!! icon_e_sad.gif

I think the changes were kinda meh but I disagree with your reasoning.

TBE is definitely easier vs harder, but you may need to modify your team. My old TBE team was built for a slow build that gets stronger each round. This team can do the new TBE but it's longer with no payoff later on. As noted above Thanos is pretty OP for this.

As far as BB I haven't had any problems yet. I agree the teams picked may not be great, but I see that as part of why it's labeled harder, cause you can't just pick your default easy mode team.

I find it meh cause I thought the increase in rewards was far too low. But ultimately something is more is better than nothing more.

Why use Thanos? All he does is injure your own team each time an enemy is killed. With 6 enemies, that's a lot of hurt. icon_eek.gif

Because as soon as you down one enemy, he takes out the next three too. He will only ever Court Death twice.

Or bring Strange and save the goons for last. Fast and easy so far.

-4k HP (on two characters) for 4 turn (with 3* strange) BE clear I think that good deal.
When you kill your first enemy you damaging 3 other enemies (4k aoe for free). If enemy from the first wave survived than one match and you kill the remaining ones. GG

Behemoth Burrito enemy teams are hardly hand-crafted to destroy the required team. 3 level 80 characters, not even with 13 covers each. I can see how that could pose a problem to a player if they have the 2* near-maxed or just champed, and the 3* and 4* at 1-3 covers each. But I'm pretty sure most (if not all) of these teams could probably be beaten by JUST the required 3*, if it was maxed or championed. (I admit that Loki fight would be a long one) so having a 2* and 4* as well with any number of covers and levels is only an improvement over that.

Lol. It's funny to see that there's always someone to see the worst of everything even if it's a good thing for most others.

How is TBE hard? You now have to deal with only 6 enemies rather than 12 that you had before. That's gotta be hard! icon_lol.gif

Burito mission too hard? Don't play it. Then you have the old version of DDQ. If you don't have a decent deck, you will find a few missions hard. That only means that you need to develop your roster more. It doesn't mean the devs did something terrible.

When I started, I was having a lot of problems dealing with even DDQ. So I didn't play it for a long time and just focused on maxing out my 2*. Just work on champing out your 3* characters. It will help a lot with the Butiro mission.

It's a small set of changes change, but really good overall, IMO.
