Need a new token between heroic and legendary

I think we need a new token type between heroic and legendary with the lowest rewards being 3* and the highest reward being a 4* or possibly adding a tiny chance of a 5*

I think we just need to drop the 2* odds from heroics. It doesn't fit with all the others.

Standard	 Guaranteed 1*	Chance at 2* 	Small chance at 3*
Elite	    Guaranteed 2*	Chance at 3*
Heroic	   Guaranteed 2*	Chance at 3*	 Small chance at 4*
Legendary	Guaranteed 4*	Chance at 5*

Wouldn't 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 be more logical than 1-2, 2,-3, 2-3 (again), 4-5?
