My 4*s, levels, ISO costs to level advice

Hey all! I know I posted recently asking which 4*s to throw ISO into, but I feel this list with better numbers would help:

Total ISO cost to level every 4* I have to the highest level I can: 276,823 (with Devil Dino: 420,230, but less because I would level him manually gaining back some ISO)
Who should I dump ISO into? Also, is there a good cap to have everyone at? I've heard 120 is a good level. (I realize I have Rulk at 147 and Quake at 131.)

Prof x is entirely dependent on your GSBW strength. There's no hard locked "do not go point" until she's max champed.
Just make sure her purple is stronger than his blue.

At the covers they are at now, very few are in a place where dumping iso into them will make a clash significantly easier.
Dino in particular is novelty and technically doesn't even need to be leveled for use, i mean it can be, but it won't win you any fights.0 -
You're roster is pretty close to mine, but I have a few more covers on my characters. As a 4* featured character becomes featured in Crash or boosted in an event, I've been leveling up to about 180. When they get to the point of having 13 covers and perhaps 1 expiring one, it leaves around 300k to champ them.
It isn't a huge investment for you, so I don't see the problem in maxing them as they are since you'd still have 1mil ISO remaining. I would only put Dino at that 180 mark, if at all, but its personal preference. If you don't see yourself using the character, why use the ISO when it could surely be used later on something more important?
Another reason I like the 180 mark is that I haven't really noticed it affecting my scaling. I'm not up to date on the latest scaling formulas, but since I already have quite a few champed 3*s over 180, I don't think it matters. In an event when a character is boosted, an 8+ cover boosted 4* can be better at lvl 270 than some of my champed, not boosted 3*'s.
As has been mentioned, make sure GSBW's purple is higher than PX's blue. It may have changed in the last year, but I believe it was around 220-222 where he would start tanking over a maxed GSBW. When PX is the featured 4*, he gets +90 levels, so some people would only level him to 130 for the rare chance that happened. It means you should be able to use Charlie's Angels for every event, but his Master Plan would deal much less damage when he is under leveled. Otherwise, leveled to 220 means he does most damage possible for Master Plan, but he would start tanking Blue when he was the featured 4* for the week or for a particular event.
Consensus is, for the best performing winfinite/Charlie's Angels, you do not want Professor X's yellow power as that will create special tiles you can't overwrite with GSBW's purple power, potentially limiting match-5's. A 5/5/0 PX can still be leveled as high as 229, so a 5/5/0 PX at 220 will do the same damage as a 5/5/3 PX at 220 and not create those annoying special tiles in the way. I'm building a separate PX just for Charlie's Angels.0 -
Unfortunately, you're in a spot where none of those are really going to be productive for you with or without the iso. Personally, I'd do nothing and just spend on specific situations. DDQ Crash you can't beat? Level them up. PVE featured 4* that you want a little stronger? Level them up.
When you do get to the point where they start getting fully covered that iso is going to disappear in an instant.
Just out of curiosity - I noticed you only have one 5* and your 4*s aren't very well covered for how many you have. Are you hoarding cp and leg tokens?0 -

I've heard that about Px, about 5/5/0. I think I'll try him with Winfinite and if it really gets in the way, give up on it and just make this Professor my champ level (someday!) and start building a dup Px aiming for just 5/5/0.

I am hoarding LTs (51 latest, 1 Red Room, 4 Purple Reign)and CP (1414). My plan is to get enough HP to buy slots for all the 5*s at once (I think there are 12 now?) and then open all my LTs and use my CP for one of the LTs to try to find 5*s and be able to roster any I get and of course heavily increase my 4* roster.0 -
There are 13 5*s now, but remember Latest Legends will only have the latest 3 with no chance of pulling the other 8.
I would go ahead and pull those tokens and use the CP on Classic Legends now to bolster your 4*s and roster the 5*s as you get them. I can understand waiting until you have a comfortable level of HP as well so you don't end up selling characters, but at 51 latest you'd get between 7-8 5* covers on average ... even if RNGesus blesses you with more, that will only be three new 5*s max. From there, I'd use CP on the Classic Legends until you use the last of your HP to roster any additional 5*s or new 4*s.
The more covers on the 4*s will help you have viable characters for the Crash events that come up. Better Crash = more Legends. Use your ISO to level up the 4*s as needed and build up from there. Without that boost to help your 4*s now, that makes a slow transition even slower.
[Update] Laughed at my math reviewing this. I for some reason thought 13-3=8. I blame that I was thinking of 5*s and did 13-5 instead.0 -

What about the idea that I pull the 51 latest legends that I have now (I can sell my max champs and make 3 slots) and use those covers to get more 5*s (I know Strange and Thanos are pretty great, how is Black Panther?) and level up my 4*s with good covers. And then I save all my CP for when I have enough slots for the other 9 5*s?0 -
The best part of the game (for me) is 4* level. You can really enjoy playing PVP and PVE events. So it is really pitty to stay on 3* level and don't use so enjoying chars.
Open all your tokens and use CP for classics until you can provide a slot for the next 5*. You can sell all maxed 2* and put iso in duplicates. Just save some CP (i have always min 240 CP) so you can buy last cover in some cases (like 5/5/2 with covers about to expire).0
